Game Review – Danball Senki W (PSP/PS Vita/3DS)

I saved something very special for my last 2017 video: Danball Senki! I love this series, but for whatever reason, it never got enough love outside Japan – The perfect subject for me! But is this sequel any good? Well, it was made by Level-5, and they can do no wrong! Right?

Shameless Review – Steins;Gate: Hiyoku Renri no Darling (PS3/PSP/PS Vita/XBOX 360)

I love Steins;Gate! I have such good memories from watching the anime and the game! Which is why I hope for the actual sequel to be nothing like this spin-off! I wasn’t exactly expecting a cute love story out of Steins;Gate, but this seems to be the fate of every game from the science adventure series. At least Hiyoku Renri no Darling didn’t suck! Well, not too much!

Galge Review – Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai (PSP)

anohana06I already made pretty clear how I appreciate the works by Guyzware at adapting many animes and Light Novels to a Visual Novel format. This is no easy task, but they are one of the few companies in the industry that manage to do a fine job out of this. Seeking more of their goodness, I found an interesting work among their old titles: An VN adaptation to an anime that I really loved back in 2011, commonly known as “Anohana” among fans. But, why was a game based on such a popular anime forgotten in obscurity? Why its official trailer has so many footages from the anime version while barely tells anything about the game itself? The answer to those big questions became clear as day for me right after the first few minutes playing this game:

Galge Review – Infinite Loop (PSP)

infiniteloop (112)Even for the infamous genre of Visual Novels, Infinite Loop is an odd game, which is why I took an interest in it! I believe even the most hardcore fans of the genre are unfamiliar with this little PSP game, which doesn’t come as a surprise to me. You see, even with the giant Nippon Ichi behind it, Infinite Loop never did too well in Japanese stores. Thus, it didn’t got a localization. Nevertheless, I had this game in my radar for over 5 years, and it’s time to undo the seal and finally play this peculiar title!

Game Review – Saigo no Yakusoku no Monogatari(PSP)

saigo (59)Saigo no Yakusoku no Monogatari is the first in a series of JRPGs by IMAGEEPOCH, there are many games released on this brand, most of them even run in the same engine (the same used for Last Ranker), but most are unrelated to this one, the only exception being Sol Trigger, which is a sequel. Since I’ve played ST before, I got encouraged to play it’s prequel. Now that it is on sale, I finally got it!

Galge Review – Your Diary +(PSP)

yourdiary+ (56)“Your Diary” was originally released on 2011 as a PC-only +18 game by CUBE – a sister brand of Cuffs. It was a beautiful game with a simple but heartwarming story. Unfortunately, it was very underrated (I blame the lack of incest, which is Cuffs’s most recurring theme). However, Alchemist decided to give a second chance to this title in the form of an updated port for the PSP, adding a lot of new features (but not incest!).

Game Review – God Eater 2(PSP/PS Vita)

godeater203It took long, but it was worth it! At long last, the sequel for Shift’s super fast-paced hunting gamewas released and it already became a big hit! And it was not for nothing!

Galge Review – Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko(PSP)

henneko07So, a month after releasing a very different game from their usual style for the PS3, Guyzware released this title for C-Territory out of nowhere! It is based on this weird light novel called “The Pervert Prince and the Stony Cat”. This work throws them back to the PSP and it looks much more like their older games.

Game Review – Tears to Tiara: Avalon no Nazo (PS3/PSP)

teartotiara (76)A year after the PS3 remake, Leaf/Aquaplus released one more game for the Tears to Tiara series. There is even less information about this title than the previous one, probably because there was no anime or manga adaptation for it. Therefore, it’s time to unveil the mystery behind this game.

Game Review – Tears to Tiara: Kakan no Daichi(PC/PS3/PSP)

teartotiara (77)Tears to Tiara is one of those excellent RPGs created by Leaf/Aquaplus but, unexpectedly, there is just a few info about this game series in the NET. Therefore, to fix that I decided to play through the first 2 games and use the opportunity to prepare for the new game coming next month.
